If you need to collect a deposit or a separate payment (for example, a late cancellation fee that failed to auto-charge), you can generate a secure Charge-Now Link from your dashboard and text it directly to the client.
We send texts for booking confirmations, 24-hour and 1-hour appointment reminders, price adjustment approval requests, mobile arrival notifications, and reschedule requests (accept, decline, or expire). Your clients are always in the loop.
When a client ghosts you, our 10-Minute Timer officially marks the appointment as a No-Show. From there, you can trigger a specific No-Show auto-charge (up to a custom cap you set, like $500), which hits the card they left on file.
Groomfiy costs $29/month. We charge absolutely 0% commission on your bookings. Customer payments are processed via Stripe Connect (2.9% + 30¢ per transaction), and funds go directly to your account. There are no hidden fees.

No, Groomfiy works perfectly for both mobile groomers and salon owners. Mobile groomers can turn on 'Mobile Grooming Mode' to enable specific travel notifications, while salon owners can use standard slot-based booking.
No long-term contracts! You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, you'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
Yes, completely free — no credit card required to start. You get full access to every feature for 30 days. On day 31, your access is suspended until you choose a plan ($29/month or $300/year). Your account and data are never deleted — no surprise charges, ever.
Groomfiy never touches your money. When a client pays for a grooming session, the payment goes directly into YOUR Stripe account and then to your bank. We just provide the booking and management software on top. Stripe Connect setup is part of onboarding and typically takes a few minutes, though it may take longer depending on your country and verification requirements.
You'll go through a quick onboarding: set up your business profile, connect your Stripe account for payments, add your services and pricing, and configure your availability. Most groomers are live and ready to accept bookings within 15 minutes.
Yes! If a client pays outside the platform, you can log it as an external payment directly in your dashboard. This keeps your revenue analytics and client 'Total Spent' metrics 100% accurate — no revenue left untracked.
Your account and all data are preserved even after cancellation. You simply lose dashboard access until you resubscribe. If you want to permanently delete your data, you can request GDPR-compliant deletion which fully anonymizes your PII.
